Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This forms a contract between you, the buyer, and us, the seller.
Our aim is to dispatch your order promptly so that it reaches you as soon as possible but please be aware of the following:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - please allow 5-7 days
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY - please allow 10-14 days
EXPRESS DELIVERY - if you would like a faster delivery option please contact us before placing your order
FURNITURE - if you would like to purchase a larger item, such as a piece of furniture, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
Naturally we hope you will be delighted with your purchase however we understand that sometimes things are not quite as expected.
Before returning anything to us, please contact us to let us know why you want to make a return.
You have seven working days from the day you receive the item to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Once you have notified us, please return the item(s) in adequate packaging using an insured, trackable postal/courier service. On receipt of the goods your refund will be made.
Please note that return postage will only be refunded to you if the goods are being returned because they are faulty.
